Terms of Participation

1. I will arrange for a pick-up or delivery session if I am not feeling well or have been exposed to a communicable disease.
2. I will follow the safe food handling guidelines that have been established including washing hands frequently and using gloves where appropriate.
3. I will promptly freeze or refrigerate assembled meals.
4. I will follow the directions provided to defrost and cook all meals.
5. I understand that I am responsible for all meals once I leave the My Delicious Dinners premises, or for Delivery Sessions, when the meals are delivered to their destination.
6. I agree to release My Delicious Dinners from all claims, damages and causes of action or liabilities which may arise as a result of my preparation, storage and consumption of My Delicious Dinner meals, except if solely due to the gross negligence of My Delicious Dinners.
7. I will have fun and enjoy the time saved when I serve a My Delicious Dinner!
