How will I save time and money?
Our customers find our meals very cost-effective. Twelve meals assembled in a Regular Kitchen Session are less than $3 per serving. In the end, you would spend a lot more money buying the special and fresh ingredients. We are able to buy these ingredients in bulk and pass the savings on to you.
You will save time (and time is money) because we:
*Plan the creative menu
*Grocery shop
*Make assembly quick and easy
*Clean-up the mess!
You save time at home too! You won’t have a big mess to clean-up and our meals require minimal cooking…usually you just pop the dinner in the oven.
How many persons does a meal serve?
Each meal serves 4 to 6 people, depending upon appetites. Most meals may be split in half to provide two 2-3 person portions.

Will all this food fit in my freezer?
Yes! You will take home meals in a combination of Ziplock bags and aluminum tins. This combination allows you to efficiently store your meals. However, it is a good idea to clean out your freezer before a Session.

How should I defrost my meals?
The safest and best method to defrost food is in the refrigerator. You can speed up the process by using a microwave or placing the meal in cold (not hot or warm) water. NEVER thaw food by placing it on the countertop.
